Knight Dental Design are a client and patient focused dental lab. The integration of the service between surgeon, technician and patient was judged to be of particular merit. An innovative marketing patient education dvd highlighted The Top Ten Patient Concerns and was considered to be an excellent tool in creating patient confidence in the quality of laboratory work to be provided. Of course marketing alone cannot define a quality laboratory, it must be backed by technical skill and business acumen. Along with the other entries the winner displayed admirable talents in all of these areas.
